  71. INFORMER is a program to survey your system resource's and the amount of
  72. free memory while running Windows. It has an alert function to warn you,
  73. if the free resources or the amount of free memory falls under a certain
  74. value. You can set this values from 1% up to 99% for the system resources
  75. amd from 1KiloByte up to 16MegaByte for the memory. INFORMER displays the
  76. free GDI and USER heap size, the free memory size and the number of tasks
  77. running in his window title. You can change the update rate from 2ms up to
  78. 60000ms ( = 1 minute). If you enter incorrect values, the default values
  79. will be set ( Memory alert 64 KiloByte. Resource alert 20%. Update Rate
  80. 1000 ms).
